Plagued by Sync Problems

Let me first say that I love this app. I got thrown into a JIRA team a few years ago and this app saved my life. I couldn’t make heads or tails of the JIRA web interface but Bee let me organize the information the way I wanted to see it.

Now, for the bad part. I’m now running a JIRA Cloud team of my own and there’s not a day that goes by I don’t run into some sort of sync related issue. Most of the time it’s an issue in Bee that was moved or alterered in some way via the JIRA web interface and Bee simply can’t sync properly to get the updates. In all the cases, the only official action is to try and "Syncronize the Current List" of “Refresh Item” but neither one of these works that often. Because of this, I run into duplicates, issues that are no longer in a particular project because they have been moved, or the dreaded "The connection to the ‘Project ABC service was interrupted. Please try again” error.

I really want this app to succeed but the sync issues are about to drive me batty.
